So as much as I'd like to try and hide this in the depths of the internet I feel that with Throwback Thursday I'll give you guys a true treat, my first ever performance. Back in 2007, there was a very popular song by the name of "Chasing Cars" by "Snow Patrol." A friend of mine at the time suggested we do it for our school talent show and this is what turned out. Just thought I'd share this small treasure of my personal past while the studio is still getting constructed I hope you all enjoy!
And, to completely screw with the star counter click the five stars for me:D! (insert random trolls than click the one star;) )
Have a wonderful weekend everyone and we'll see you next week! As always click the like button, share, and comment BELOW
So I feel this one may be kind of cheating but I did work on mixing this track and really want to spotlight two awesome up-and-coming artists by the name of Santos Guzman and Grey Mayorga. These are two very talented writers and performs from my home state and they did a damn good job on this track check it out below and don't forget to subscribe:D
UPDATE: Finally got moved in to my new state and am currently in the process of setting up the studio, the hope is to have new self covers up by the beginning of March. Stay tuned!
Hey everybody, sorry for the month of silence of here at CAD I've actually been getting ready to move recently and had to shut down my studio for the time being. I will be working as fast as possible to get it back up to bring you future updates. With that being said I do actually have a throwback cover I did of Simple Mind's "Don't You (Forget About Me)." This song is best known as the opening and closing to the 1985 classic "The Breakfast Club," in which, 5 students (a geek, a jock, a popular girl, a rebel, and a social misfit) all spend a detention session getting to know each other eventually becoming like a family. If you have not seen it, I highly suggest you stop browsing the internet (after listening to this cover of course) and watch it in it's entirety. I actually made this cover for a family of my own, my high school class hence the audio clips intertwined. Go ahead, sit back, and enjoy this rendition of a classic. *Kudos to Yellowcard for the inspiration for this cover's style. Don't You (Forget About Me)
